Bubblie Blondie

Bubblie Blondie was featured in Sonoma’s Newspaper last week alongside other truly amazing woman in our truly amazing valley … congrats to the gals about town !!  Who would have imagined a simple thought sparked on simple night at the park in our simple lil town would come to this ??  It Bubblie Blondie was locked in my pipe dreams for 4 years and 4 months until I was able to watch my dream become a reality.  Gives me hope of what’s to come and I hope it gives others hope on keep with their dreams … day in and day out !!  Truly am living my dream when my days are filled with Bubs & Loves !!  Cheers Bubblie Beauties !!

This is the perfect piece of sunshine to get us through this foggy morning !! What gets you in a great mood when anything is getting you down ??  Music ?? A colorful outfit ??  Bubblies with your galpals ??  All the above ??  I am a workout gal myself … I tie up my bright running shoes, turn up my tunes and head out into the fresh air.  Whatever is pulling me down this is my receipe to pull me out ot it !!  And if the clouds dare to rain on me I just start to laugh … honestly whatelse is there to do !!  Cheers Bubblie Beauties to being girlie and being fun … no matter what.

Meet Bubblie Blondie’s, Miss Boss Lady !! Check it out … Bubblie Blondie’s first official menu board is now up at The Sunflower Caffe & Gardens in Sonoma, CA.  Grab a glass of Bubblie Brunettie at Sunflower’s beautiful garden wine bar this summer !!  I can’t thank James (owner of Sunflower Caffe) for giving Bubblie Blondie this opportunity to sell the bubs at his restaurant aka the best and most beautiful breakfast/lunch place on the plaza.  The other week Bubblie Blondie hosted the First Friday’s Artist Reception at The Sunflower Caffe and I have to tell you I was beyond nervous.  Pouring Bubblie Blondie downtown Sonoma was like playing the homecoming game in front of the hometown crowd … it is a moment I will never forget.  Thank you James & the Sunflower staff and thank you Sonoma & everyone that came out for the event.  I will keep you updated on the next pouring at the Sunflower Caffe and beyond.  Cheers to @envolvewines as well !!  Fun story there is that those boys are also Sonoma locals and furthermore in my high school class of 2001 !!  Getting this next generation of Sonoma rock’n and roll’n !!  Cheers.

Growing up on a winery in Sonoma Valley I picked up a helpful tips when it comes to pairing wines with your food.  Now days I find myself pairing my food with my bubbles.  This all being said, lets start with the bubs … shall we ??

Bubblie Brunettie making a Mother’s Day appearance !! What a beautiful day spent with our mom and celebrating grandma !!  Our grandma passed a few years back but her 3 daughters, 9 grand kids as well as husbands hike up to her favorite lake in Santa Rosa, CA and spend time together remembering that magical woman.  Celebrating that magical woman.  There is a picnic bench we bring a lunch, bubblies and enjoy one another while sharing stories about Grandma as well as our moms.  Its a tradition that won’t be lost !! What did you do to celebrate your mother today ??  Did it involve bubs (hope so) !?!

Mr Happy Hour is full of L O V E this evening !! Materials to make your own “Mr Happy Hour” … 1 bottle of Bubblie Blondie’s Brut, Blanc de Noir or Rose 1 champagne flute Steps to make your own “Mr Happy Hour” … Pull the foil off the neck of the bottle of bubs Untie the wire cage around the cork and set aside Pop open the bottle by uncorking the bottle of bubs and watch the cork fly Pour yourself a giant glass and enjoy for a moment Relocate the wire cage you set aside in step 2 Remove the center cap at the narrow end Untie and remove the wire bottom of the wire cage, set a side Flatten the wire cage so it loosely resembles an “X” Locate the center circle of the “X” and pinch the 2 ends together creating the body Reposition one of the little loops to stand up and look like his “member” and the second loop to resemble his a head Take the bottom wire we pulled out on step 7 and bend it into a heart Place the wire back through his “hands” TAH - DAH !!  You’ve created your own “Mr Happy Hour” of the day !!  Take a picture of your Mr. Happy Hour and share with us all on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Bubblie-Blondie/130643824896

Mr Happy Hour is full of L O V E this evening !!

Materials to make your own “Mr Happy Hour” …

  • 1 bottle of Bubblie Blondie’s Brut, Blanc de Noir or Rose
  • 1 champagne flute

Steps to make your own “Mr Happy Hour” …

  1. Pull the foil off the neck of the bottle of bubs
  2. Untie the wire cage around the cork and set aside
  3. Pop open the bottle by uncorking the bottle of bubs and watch the cork fly
  4. Pour yourself a giant glass and enjoy for a moment
  5. Relocate the wire cage you set aside in step 2
  6. Remove the center cap at the narrow end
  7. Untie and remove the wire bottom of the wire cage, set a side
  8. Flatten the wire cage so it loosely resembles an “X”
  9. Locate the center circle of the “X” and pinch the 2 ends together creating the body

Bubblie Blondie received an order from a VERY generous college graduate.  He wanted to get his 12 closest galpal’s each a bottle of bubblie that matched their hair color. The hitch, he wanted them wrapped/in a bag of some kind so all he had to do was hand the bubblie out.

Because we’re just starting up I have yet to order anything other than bubblie …

So I went through my crafting room spread a few things out with a few bottles of bubblie … poured myself a few glasses and began working on this lil project.

After one hit and miss idea I found these extra tiaras … not only fun to look at while on the bottle but once you take them off they comb into your hair !!  I was set, it was just the lil extra these bottles needed to put them over the top !! 

Tah-Dah !!  Done.
